1. Credit Service includes challenging negative items wrongfully added to your credit, but does not guarantee a higher credit score. This service can be done on your own. 

2. We strongly recommend you pay by credit or debit card to speed up the process. If you pay by credit or debit card through paypal you will receive services the same day. If you pay by echeck through paypal, you will receive services once your payment clears.  

3. In order to sign up through open pay your consultant has to approve the transaction. All services require the recurring automatic payment options unless told otherwise.

4. Cancellations have to be made at least 20 days before the next payment is due.

5. You MUST mail or email the correspondence from any of the credit agencies or creditors in order to keep the process going. If we do not receive the correspondence it WILL DELAY your process, but payment still have to be made in order to continue on the schedule that your automatic payment is on. 

If you have any problems with payments there must be communication with your consultant. You must communicate with us in order to keep the process going. 

6. Files are shredded after 15 days after your payment is due if there is no communication. 

7. If your consultant advises you to pay through open pay and your challenges are satisfied before your payments end, you are still required to make the required payments agreed upon. 

8. The original price given does not include new negative credit inserts, new inquiries, or any new items that may be posted to your credit file after service is started. There will be additional fees for new items. 

9. Business Credit Program's quote varies per your business status. (How much you have completed to establish your business.)

10. Once you sign up for services through the biweekly/monthly options the amount will be automatically deducted from your account through Paypal.
